I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a great view of the river Lee from my lovely room, which was clean and spacious. The friendly service made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay, although I did encounter a minor issue with a ketchup sachet being difficult to open. The location was perfect, central to everything in Cork city center while providing a quiet retreat for a peaceful night's rest. The dining experience was a bonus, offering a variety of delicious food to enjoy. I found the facilities to be well-maintained and convenient.
